We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR function across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), offering support across Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs. This is a key leadership role during a period of strong growth and transformation. As a trusted partner to the DACH Leadership Team, you will have full ownership of the employee lifecycle and play a central role in shaping organizational culture, driving talent strategies, and further professionalizing HR processes. HR is positioned as a strategic driver of business performance, with high visibility and impact. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with the DACH Leadership Team to align HR strategy with business objectives Own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and engaging employee experience Lead organizational design, workforce planning, recruitment, and retention initiatives Drive change management and cultural integration initiatives across the region Act as advisor on employee relations, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness Manage works council relationships and ensure compliance with DACH labor laws Oversee payroll, HR administration, and Compensation & Benefits for the region Support the rollout of global HR initiatives and contribute to HR digitization and process improvement Manage the regional HR budget and resources Lead and develop the local General Administration function (office and fleet management) Required Experience 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within Consumer Health, FMCG, or similar fast-paced environments Proven experience in multi-country DACH roles with strong knowledge of local labor laws Experience working effectively with works councils and employee representatives Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Fluent in German and English Hands-on Strategic HR Execution: Delivers practical, business-focused HR solutions Change Management Expertise: Leads organizational and cultural transformation Stakeholder Management: Trusted advisor to senior leaders and employee bodies Analytical & Digital Mindset: Uses data to enhance HR effectiveness International & Cultural Awareness: Operates effectively across diverse teams Why Join?
