Youu2019ll make an impact by Serving as the senior project manager to implement a factory footprint project, ensuring alignment with business priorities Leading a team of project managers and overseeing the coordination of various sub-projects such as factory layouts, processes, logistics, quality and so on Acting as the key interface between leadership team and expert functions, ensuring transparency, strategic alignment, and timely decision-making Using scenario planning methodologies to provide actionable insights for optimization of time to impact and interdependence to brownfield factory setup Reporting on project status and implementing risk management tools Ensuring standardized methodologies and tools are applied consistently across all sub-projects Establishing strong relationships with external and internal partners to ensure adherence to project milestones, scalability, and knowledge transfer Coordinating with factory and operations leadership to address change management, communication, and business adoption challenges Overseeing budget control and managing financial performance of the project Your defining qualities Education University degree in Economics, engineering fields or a related discipline Experience & Skills Minimum 7 years of senior-level experience as a Project Manager or Consultant in managing complex, international projects, ideally within the manufacturing industry Expertu2010level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes Proven success leading factory transformations in a manufacturing environment Ways of working You areu202fcollaborative, empathetic, and possess a pronounced diplomatic mindset.
