Responsibilities and Tasks
* Handling commercial bid and order processing with contractual terms in the area of new business
* Contributing to price formation, budget monitoring, invoice issuance, payment processing (e.g. L/C handling) and claim and change management
* Serving as a commercial contact person for customers, technical project managers and departmental teams
* Coordinating legal, tax, financial and insurance matters
* Performing operational control tasks such as risk management
* Supporting accounts receivable management
Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed degree in economics or completed industrial clerk training with additional qualification (International Business Management with foreign languages)
* Ideal candidates have previous experience in commercial bid and order processing in project business/service business
* Good knowledge of the SAP SD module and MS Office; knowledge of contract law an advantage
* Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking
* High level of initiative and commitment
* Communication and teamwork skills
* Mobile work possible after initial familiarization period (2-3 days/week)
