KG Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Digital Process Transformation Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As Project Manager (f/m/d) for the S4E Unify Rollout Center of Excellence, you drive the ramp-up and stabilization of rollout factory operations within a global S/4HANA transformation. As an operational scaling lead, you establish an effective operating model, enable structured collaboration across multiple rollout factories, and ensure transparency across third-party delivery. As a data-driven program enabler, you implement automation, performance tracking, capacity planning, and dependency management to support efficient wave execution. As a central coordination point, you monitor vendor performance, steer task force initiatives, and prepare the transition toward steady-state rollout operations and expert communities.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Build and operationalize the rollout factory operating model, defining interfaces and execution structures
2. Implement OKRs, KPIs, and data-driven reporting to enable transparent rollout monitoring
3. Establish automation and standardized processes to support scalable ramp-up across factories
4. Drive capacity planning, critical path analysis, and cross-factory dependency management
5. Monitor vendor performance (including SoW alignment) and prepare performance reviews
6. Coordinate task force initiatives and support the transition toward stable operations and expert community setup
What You Bring
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; SAP or Project Management certifications are a plus
8. Longstanding experience in global implementation programs, ideally S/4HANA rollouts
9. Strong expertise in operating model design, process optimization, and rollout execution structures
10. Proven experience in automation, KPI frameworks, and data-driven performance management
11. Solid understanding of testing, data migration, and change-related ramp-up processes
12. Fluency in German and English
