About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to take on a key role in our divestment process. The successful candidate will lead deal teams for sales transactions involving onshore wind, PV projects, and battery storage systems from our European portfolio.
* Manage deal teams for sales transactions including minority and majority stake sales
* Create teasers, conduct market soundings, manage due diligence and drive transactions to closure
* Collaborate with internal experts and external consultants for thorough due diligence
* Negotiate commercial and contractual agreements using strategic thinking and negotiation skills
* Develop financial models of wind and solar parks for data-driven decision-making
* Present transaction cases to senior management and the supervisory board for alignment and transparency

Our ideal candidate has a degree in business administration or engineering, ideally enhanced by additional qualifications such as an MBA or CFA. They should have at least 3 years of hands-on transaction experience in the wind, PV, and BESS sectors. A strong network in the European renewable energy landscape is essential.
The role requires excellent communication skills, high self-motivation, and flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment. Fluency in both German and English is essential, with proficiency in an additional language being a welcome bonus. Occasional travel is part of the role.
