YOUR TASKS
In the Electronics Division at the Schortens site, you will work as a Software Project Manager on technical tasks within software development, including:
* Capacity and cost planning, including responsibility for optimal collaboration and workload distribution
* Ensuring compliance with project and customer milestones
* Team leadership as well as project planning and control
* Supporting cross-departmental and global collaboration between project teams, acting as an interface between the software team, project team, management, and customer
* Reporting project progress to higher-level management
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
* A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable engineering qualification
* Initial experience and technical knowledge in programming and software development; experience in software development, integration, or testing is desirable
* Knowledge of Automotive SPICE
* Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Application Lifecycle Management tools
* Competence in managing project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and quality, along with the ability to independently develop conceptual solutions
* Strong teamwork, assertiveness, and communication skills
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
