Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations across Germany and the DACH region. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, fostering relationships with key clients, and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets across the DACH region.
* Market Management : Oversee all accounts and territories in the region, focusing on revenue growth and expanding market share.
* Business Development : Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the hospitality sector.
* Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
* Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
* Market Analysis : Stay abreast of market trends, competitors, and evolving customer needs to continuously adjust strategies.
* Travel : Frequent travel across Germany and the DACH region for client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
* Experience : 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in the DACH region.
* Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the hospitality sector, particularly in hotel room refrigeration, minibar solutions, and the unique needs of hotel operators.
* Sales Expertise : Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with experience in B2B sales.
* Communication : Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Native-level proficiency in German is required; fluency in English is also essential.
* Self-Starter : Motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented with a drive to identify and seize business opportunities.
