Retorio is seeking a hands-on, impact-driven Senior Product Manager to play a key role in shaping and scaling its AI coaching platform. In this role, you will own major product areas end-to-end and work closely with Engineering, AI, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver meaningful customer value. You will translate strategic product direction into execution, validate solutions through data and customer insights, and drive measurable impact across engagement, retention, and platform scalability. This is an ideal role for a Senior PM who thrives in fast-moving, tech-driven environments and enjoys real ownership. The Key Responsibilities 1. Product Ownership & Execution Own key product domains across the full product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, iteration, and scaling Work closely with engineering, AI, design, and commercial teams in cross-functional product squads Translate company and product strategy into clear roadmaps, epics, and user stories Actively drive execution and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and user value Continuously improve user experience, engagement, and adoption across multiple user types Leverage product analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback for data-driven optimization Drive integrations into customer workflows and enterprise systems 3. Scalability, Quality & Performance Contribute to platform scalability, reliability, and long-term technical sustainability Define, track, and optimize product KPIs Identify risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions 4. Communication & Stakeholder Alignment Communicate product plans, priorities, releases, and outcomes transparently across the organization Align closely with business, tech, and leadership stakeholders to ensure shared ownership and clarity The Ideal Candidate Retorio is looking for a strong Senior Product Manager with a builder mindset - someone who takes ownership, enjoys solving complex problems, and turns ideas into shipped products. You are equally comfortable discussing product strategy, user problems, data, and technical trade-offs. You don’t need to manage large teams, but you naturally lead through clarity, execution, and influence. You feel energized by ambiguity, fast growth, and the opportunity to shape a platform with global ambitions. Key Requirements 5+ years of experience in Product Management in high-growth, technology-driven environments Proven track record of building and scaling digital products or platforms Strong entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach Solid technical understanding (technical degree is a plus) Experience with: Enterprise software products AI-powered products / AI-first companies Experience working in KPI-driven product organizations with strong analytical skills Highly customer-centric, with a deep understanding of user needs and value creation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Location The position is based in Munich and requires office presence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
