Sie unterstützen Projekte und Produkte im Umfeld des Varianten- und Konfigurationsmanagements über den gesamten Lifecycle. Im Fokus stehen die sichere Anwendung von CM-Prozessen, die Steuerung von Änderungen sowie die strukturierte Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Schnittstellen.
Ihre Aufgaben
• In internationalen Projektteams mitarbeiten und Kunden sowie Unterauftragnehmer koordinieren
• CM-Schnittstellen definieren und CM-Pläne in deutscher und englischer Sprache erstellen
• Die Anwendung der Konfigurationsmanagement-Prozesse im Projekt sicherstellen
• Änderungsmanagement sowie Freigaben in Change Control und Release Boards begleiten
• Produktstrukturen, Konfigurationseinheiten und Baselines in den relevanten Tools abbilden
• Statusdarstellungen, Auswertungen und projektbezogene CM-Unterlagen strukturiert erstellen
Ihr Profil
• Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung sowie idealerweise im Konfigurationsmanagement
• Kenntnisse in SAP PLM, SAP/R3 und SAP S/4HANA sind von Vorteil
• Verständnis für Schnittstellen zu Entwicklung, Produktion oder Customer Service ist wünschenswert
• Souveränes Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude an internationaler Zusammenarbeit
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

This role supports projects and products in the area of product variant and configuration management across the full lifecycle. The focus is on the reliable application of CM processes, change control and structured cooperation with internal and external interfaces.
Your tasks
• Contribute to international project teams and coordinate customers and subcontractors
• Define CM interfaces and create CM plans in German and English
• Ensure the application of configuration management processes within the project environment
• Support change management and approvals in change control and release boards
• Build product structures, configuration items and baselines in the relevant tools
• Prepare status reports, evaluations and project-related CM documentation in a structured way
Your profile
• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in project execution and ideally in configuration management
• Knowledge of SAP PLM, SAP/R3 and SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
• Understanding of interfaces to development, production or customer service is desirable
• Confident presence, negotiation skills and strong interest in international collaboration
• Business fluent German and English
