As a Product Manager Electronics, you’ll lead the development of innovative control systems for modern heating technologies like heat pumps, solar, gas, and hybrid systems.
What You'll Do:
* Designing and specifying control functions and hardware for safe, efficient system operation
* Collaborating with international suppliers and internal development teams
* Translating customer and system needs into technical solutions
* Integrating connectivity and cloud-based features into product designs
* Testing prototypes in lab and demo environments
* Supporting lab and field testing for control and electrical systems
* Creating technical documentation, competitor analyses, and component specs
* Ensuring quality and managing electronic components across the product lifecycle
What We're Looking For:
* Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Control Engineering
* 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in energy systems or electronics
* Leadership experience is a plus
* Strong knowledge of control systems, energy management, BMS, communication protocols, electronics, and HVAC
* Skilled in Microsoft Office and SAP
* Fluent in German and English
* Hands-on, detail-oriented, and structured approach
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
