Your responsibilities:
* Lead and strategically align the Application Technology Department for industrial and cryogenic processes with a focus on international market development
* Proactively support and further develop R&D projects and partnerships within the industrial segment
* Expand technical know-how and foster innovation within the team
* Ensure knowledge transfer to national subsidiaries and partners
* Implement new technologies in the industrial segment in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile:
* Completed degree (Master/PhD) in technical chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in managing market-oriented departments is desirable
* Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, initiative and innovative mindset
* Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 25%) across Europe
* Hands-on mentality and experience in implementing technologies in an industrial environment
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written, any additional language is a plus
