What you will be doing: Defining a plan for the development of the sales area by focusing on key customers and by promoting defined products within them with the aim of the improvement of customers´ relations as well as acquisition of new customers and an increase in sales. Responsibility for direct (OEM & local Distribution POA) and indirect (POS) accounts as well as to support the distributor sales organisations in their assigned area. Establishing offers due to customers or distributors requests in coordination with marketing. Close cooperation with Customer Service Collaborating in the conclusion of contracts (e.g. purchasing, logistic, quality, NDA, EDI etc). according to the existing Vishay contract procedure. Ensure local implementation of agreed strategic plans with Vishay Key Distributors and Customers. What you will bring along: Degree in Electronic Engineering or Physics would be a plus Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently Knowledge of the Danish and Norwegian market Excellent Danish and English, Norwegian is a plus MS Office skills Required to travel in Denmark and Norway.
