Project Leader
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic software development projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results on time and within budget. They will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
* Define project scope, baselines, and deliverables; plan schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
* Promote Agile best practices, participate in retrospectives and reviews; oversee quality assurance and compliance with software development standards.
* Anticipate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead formal Change Control Board sessions to manage scope changes.
* Lead cross-functional teams (developers, testers, architects); define roles using RACI frameworks; support, coach, and motivate teams toward successful delivery.
* Maintain transparent reporting, escalate issues when needed, and align expectations between business, technical, and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate go-live activities, document lessons learned, and archive project materials for future reuse.
Key Responsibilities:

* Project closure & optimization: Coordinate go-live activities, document lessons learned, and archive project materials for future reuse.
About You
As a highly skilled project leader, you will possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. With 5+ years of experience managing software development projects, ideally in telecom or ICT environments, you will be certified in PMP, Prince2, or Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum Master). You will have a strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with PM tools such as Jira, MS Project, and Confluence. Your analytical mindset, proactive approach to risk management, and focus on quality and continuous improvement will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
Your excellent communication skills, combined with your ability to engage and align both technical teams and business stakeholders, will enable you to excel in this role. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), with Luxembourgish and/or German being considered an asset, you will thrive in our multicultural environment.
