Your mission ImFusion maintains strong ties with academia and actively engages in funded research projects, with close collaboration driving scientific innovation, accelerating technological breakthroughs, and ensuring that our solutions reflect the latest state-of-the-art developments. As a key player at the intersection of science and technology, you’ll help shape and drive our funded research projects while strengthening ImFusion’s presence in the academic community. Write and submit grant proposals (in English or German) for Bavarian, German and European funding programs Coordinate communication between consortium partners and the funding agencies Establish a strong network of clinical and academic collaborators Actively represent and shape the company image in the academic community Manage ImFusion Software Grant Support academic research groups with the adoption and integration of the ImFusion software stack Obtain technical feedback from academia and ensure its effective transfer to the product development team Your profile PhD or MSc in a relevant field, or equivalent industry experience Strong background in a technical, scientific, or engineering discipline (e.g., computer science, medical imaging, robotics, biomedical engineering) and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts Strong communication and management skills Efficient and goal oriented working attitude Excellent German and English language skills Bonus skills: experience working with academic research and managing funded research projects Why us?
