Junior Product Manager (m/f/d) with Experience in Life Sciences Take ownership of the Protein Stabilization Product Portfolio, driving its growth and success. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to spot trends and understand customer needs, shaping the future of our products. Develop product branding and go-to-market strategies and implement them yourself - you’ll create marketing materials, write compelling campaigns, and oversee the design of visuals. Write your own email and social media campaigns, as well as promotional content for trade shows and webinars. Work closely with the sales team and cross-functional colleagues to turn ideas into results and keep everyone aligned on goals. Scientific background (advanced degree in molecular biology, biotechnology, biomedical engineering, life sciences or similar) paired with 1 experience in marketing Ideally, you have a solid understanding of protein research and stabilization technologies Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot as well as relevant market analysis tools & databases (e.g. industry research reports, financial data, market trends, and competitive intelligence) You are confident in English -both written and spoken. Your German is at least B1 level. You enjoy working collaboratively towards a common goal and adding your perspective and skills. You’re a doer who turns strategies into results and thrives on hands-on execution. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other Adobe Suite tools is a plus, not a must.
