Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Deep understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies. Solid understanding and experience over the entire System Development Lifecycle of software intensive systems and experience in managing a cross-functional group of engineers Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate effective decision-making.
