European Business Development Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business development strategies to increase sales in the European Union.
* Manage key accounts, develop plans to gain market share, cross sell services, and increase site penetration of all key accounts.
* Collaborate with project management teams and marketing to ensure coordination of efforts and good communication with all parties.
Requirements:
* Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience in chemical or pharmaceutical development and/or manufacturing.
* 5+ years of technical, sales, project management and/or business development experience.
* Proven track record of success meeting or exceeding goals/targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous team leader or managerial position with direct reports.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Familiarity with Salesforce and proficiency with MS Office Products.
