Your fundamental mission will be to take complete ownership of the integrated management system, steering its continuous evolution and enhancement. You are the central pillar of quality. Your expertise will ensure the organisation not only meets but exceeds the highest standards of excellence. This pivotal role requires a strategic mind and a hands-on approach, positioning you as a key figure who reports directly to the senior management team. You will be the nexus of quality, collaborating extensively across all specialist departments to champion best practices.


Your responsibilities will be comprehensive and critical to success. They include:

* Spearheading the maintenance and sophisticated development of the Quality Management System (QMS).
* Diligently conducting both internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Working extensively with a range of crucial ISO standards, including 9001, 45001, 27001, and 14001.
* Serving as the primary liaison, collaborating seamlessly with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
* Driving a culture of quality by facilitating knowledge transfer and actively promoting quality awareness throughout the organisation.



Your Profile

To excel in this position, you must be a proactive, structured, and communicative professional with a distinct flair for teamwork. We are looking for an individual with a demonstrable history of success and the right blend of technical acumen and interpersonal finesse.


Essential Requirements:

* A minimum of three years of professional experience in a relevant field.
* A profound understanding of Quality Management, with particular expertise in ISO 9001.
* Proven experience in conducting internal audits and managing certification processes.
* A robust comprehension of business processes, priority setting, and effective stakeholder management.
* Professional proficiency in German at a C1 level is mandatory.


Desirable Attributes:

* Familiarity with additional ISO standards such as 45001, 27001, and 14001 would be a considerable advantage.
* Proficiency with Office 365 and Confluence is beneficial.
* While a university degree is not a strict prerequisite, it is considered advantageous.
