In this role you will be part of the local German HR organization with main office in Düsseldorf but reporting into the HR Director for Supply Chain Europe who is located in the Düsseldorf German Headquarter. You will be working very closely in the German Logistics business whose 250 employees are spread among the Düsseldorf national headoffice and the two production sites in Pronsfeld (Eifel) and Upahl (Eastern sea). Your overall objective will be to act as a strong sparring partner to the German Head of Logistics who owns all national activities with regards to Planning, Transport, Commercial Logistics and Warehousing. Some limited travel will be expected.

Your responsibility
1. Advisory & support of people managers along the employee life-cycle in all personnel-related and labour law topics in German and English
2. Facilitate annual people- & performance review processes
3. Steer & strengthen of the people development program and drive leadership agenda as part of the Logistics Management Team
4. Develop and manage organisational transformation concepts and support of global projects
5. Reviewing of labor law relevant issues
6. Constructive cooperation with all local works councils
Your profile
7. Business studies with focus on human resources management/psychology
8. At least 1 years of professional experience in an international company, ideally in agile organization environment
9. First relevant achievements in implementing strategic HR topics and organizational transformation and (agile)change management
10. Relevant experience in German labour law, Tarif structures and Works council Management
11. Consulting, moderation and coaching competence as well as a high degree of personal initiative
12. Fluent German and English
