Are you a dedicated P&C Business Partner ready to make an impact? Step into a key role within our dynamic People & Culture team, where you will directly support and partner with team leaders across Germany to implement and drive our people-centric strategies in a part-time role (75%).
More specifically, you will:
* Strategic P&C Guidance: Act as the first point of contact and advisor for team leaders, addressing their P&C-related questions and guiding them through policies and processes within our HRIS tools. You'll also coordinate with international P&C colleagues to solve complex, cross-country people-related issues.
* People Processes & Program Implementation: Drive the execution of our global P&C calendar. This includes managing key processes such as performance management, remuneration reviews, and talent development programs, ensuring they align with both our global policies and local German regulations.
* Recruitment & Onboarding Support: Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team to facilitate functional recruitment plans. You will help ensure we meet our staffing needs in a timely manner, from defining requirements to welcoming new hires.
* Leadership Coaching & Development: Coach and guide your allocated team leaders on effective leadership practices. By fostering a culture of engagement and high performance, you will directly contribute to the growth and success of our teams.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will foster strong communication and alignment with Global P&C Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and other P&C colleagues. Your ability to maintain these relationships is key to ensuring cohesive and high-quality P&C service delivery across the organization.Project Contributions: Actively contribute to various P&C projects as needed, bringing your unique perspective and expertise to the team.
Your profile
* A completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Law, Psychology) or a comparable qualification with a focus on human resources.
* 3 or more years of professional experience in a similar HR business partner role in Germany, ideally in a high-tech environment.
* Solid knowledge of German labor and social security law (e.g., Termination Protection Act, Part-time and Fixed-Term Employment Act).
* Excellent communication and consulting skills, as well as a strong solution-oriented approach.
* Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
