Production associate (m/f/d)

For our client in Maisach, we are looking for several Production Associates (m/f/d).

• Attractive pay of €17.10 gross per hour
• Currently working in a day shift starting at 6:00 a.m.; transition to a two-shift system planned in the medium term

Your responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and composite parts per work instructions
• Perform functional and visual checks during assembly
• Support component testing and documentation (traceability, serial tracking)
• Maintain, safe, clean, and organize work environment
• Identify process improvements and support team efficiency

Your qualifications:

• Technical apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on background
• Experience in mechanical/electrical assembly or aerospace manufacturing
• Familiarity with technical drawings and tools
• Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
