Your Responsibilities: · Develop the market, establish new contacts, and build brand awareness for IKA in the sales territory · Prepare quotations and cost calculations · Organize and support trials in the test center · Train, advise, and motivate our representatives to achieve sales goals · Participate in trade shows · Analyze sales potential in the defined region · Implement and coordinate sales activities to achieve revenue targets and generate sustainable growth · Identify, develop, and open new sales channels in coordination with the sales management · Monitor the market and analyze competitors Your Qualifications: · Technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering or process engineering) or equivalent education/experience · Several years of experience in international sales; industry knowledge is a plus · Excellent English skills (spoken and written); French and German are desirable · Strong communication skills · Willingness to travel internationally · Residence in or near Staufen or willingness to relocate Why IKA?
