Royfort is looking for a German Speaking E-Commerce Operations Manager (Berlin, hybrid, f/m/d). Must be fluent in German.

Your responsibilities at Royfort/ role description:
* Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and introduce automated replenishment systems & forecastings/reports to maintain ideal inventory levels. Proactively launch initiatives to reduce our stock levels and optimise inventory turnover rate.
* Process Improvement: It is very important that you love processes in order to optimise our processes.
* Manage all purchase orders and supplier coordination accurately.
* Logistics Management: Track shipments and manage the logistics process to ensure timely arrival of goods at the warehouse. Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm receipt of inventory.
* Data Analysis: Analyze inventory data and sales trends to forecast future demand and adjust reorder points accordingly.
* Collaboration: Work closely across the team with members from d2c, b2b and retail to align with operational needs. You are the main point of contact for our warehouse (a 3rd party) with whom you will drive many initiatives.
About you:
* You enjoy process excellence and optimisation.
* You have 1-3 years experience working at an e-Commerce company or relevant internships.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. With sales data, forecasting tools and csv files you will create forecasts.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Proficiency/experience in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluent in German and English
