We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex construction projects across offices, laboratories, and clean room environments. In this role, you will take full ownership of projects from early planning through execution and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in full compliance with all applicable regulations.
You will work closely with internal business stakeholders, external partners, architects, engineers, and contractors, acting as a trusted advisor and leader throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements for assigned projects
Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in close alignment with stakeholders
Prepare, submit, and manage project budgets; Analyze operational and construction processes and recommend improvements to optimize cost, quality, and asset performance
Coordinate and align architects, designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors across all project phases
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all building, safety, and regulatory requirements
Lead and motivate large, multidisciplinary project teams and project support staff
Data Analytics & Cost Management
Compile and analyze market data, forecasts, and budgets to actively manage construction costs
Create, benchmark, and optimize industrial project cost models
Use data-driven insights and financial analysis to support decision-making and influence stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
Significant, hands-on experience in construction project management
Strong understanding of construction, engineering, and architectural principles
Consistent track record to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control project costs
Solid experience with German building law and local authority approval processes
In-depth knowledge of relevant German regulations and standards, including Bauordnungsrecht, HOAI, VOB, and technical norms such as DIN and VDI
Experience working with permitting and approval authorities is crucial
Experience with construction and planning software such as AutoCAD, Revit, P6
Confident user of MS Office
Experience with tendering and cost planning tools / AVA software (e.g., Experience with Class 100 clean room construction is a plus
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational skills with the competence to run multiple projects in parallel
Strong analytical mentality with the ability to use data and financial analysis to drive decisions
Proficient in English and German (spoken and written)
Understanding of German health and safety construction legislation
