1. You develop and optimize service solutions with consulting approaches for transformers and substations
2. You create business models in close collaboration with internal departments
3. You structure service solutions into market-ready packages
4. You design contractual frameworks including service level agreements and risk management strategies
5. You drive innovation by integrating new technologies and applying innovative contract models
6. You coordinate complex projects from technical, economic, and legal perspectives
7. You conduct trainings and provide technical leadership to project teams
What you bring to the table:
8. You have a degree in business administration with additional technical and legal/contractual qualifications or similar qualification
9. You have several years of professional experience in asset management within the energy sector
10. You demonstrate assertiveness and leadership skills in project teams
11. You work analytically and in a structured manner, even when facing complex challenges
12. You have very good communications skills in English and German and are willing to travel internationally (approx. 20%)
