12-month fixed-term contract with the option to extend | Hamburg | Pharmaceuticals / FDF | Carve-out & NewCo setup
Some jobs are created because someone needs to be replaced.
And some are created because something completely new is being built.
We are currently in an exciting phase of transformation:
Step by step, an established company is evolving into an independent entity in the pharmaceutical sector—Finished Dosage Forms (FDF).
For this special phase, we are looking for someone who can actively shape our recruiting efforts—with the option of a permanent position. Someone who can attract talent. Who understands modern recruiting
approaches. And who is eager to visibly help shape the development of a new organization.
Your Tasks:
You will support our HR team during the carve-out with a clear focus on recruiting and employer branding, and will eventually expand your responsibilities to include other HR areas.
In doing so, you will work closely with business units, executives, and HR, and have the opportunity to make a real impact during an extraordinary phase in the company’s history.

5. Conducting interviews and pre-screening
6. Collaborating with external service providers and headhunters

HR & Transformation
12. Collaboration on exciting HR projects as part of the carve-out
13. Support in the further development of HR processes
14. Handling additional generalist HR topics depending on interest and experience
What you bring to the table
15. Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering with a focus on recruiting
16. Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated sectors
17. Experience in active sourcing and directly approaching candidates
18. An understanding of modern candidate experience and employer branding
19. Proficiency with digital recruiting tools and platforms

22. Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach to work

Why this role is special

26. Plenty of creative freedom and short decision-making paths
27. Visible impact rather than mere process management
28. Collaboration with motivated colleagues in an international environment
