In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the product strategy, supporting operational excellence, and identifying opportunities that strengthen Nedschroef’s competitiveness in the market. Your responsibilities Conduct analyses on product specifications and customer applications across different markets. Assess and compare competitiveness, focusing on cost, quality, time-to-market, and application performance. Contribute to strategic planning, including competitiveness and time-to-market improvement roadmaps. Identify target customers and support the development of customer “battle plans”. Support the customer acquisition and quoting process with product insights. Manage periodic portfolio assessments, introducing new product ideas and phasing out outdated ones. Formulate and align the product or cluster positioning together with key stakeholders. The specific application area and product range focus for this position will be determined at a later stage. Your profile You have a mechanical engineering background or relevant technical expertise. You combine a solid customer value mindset with strong organizational and collaboration skills. You are strategically minded and capable of translating analysis into clear actions and improvements. You demonstrate an entrepreneurial attitude; proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership.
