Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent qualificationSeveral years of practical experience as Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst working in a complex, regulated environmentStrong understanding of Collections, Credit Risk, or adjacent banking processes is a plusExperience leading system implementations and complex change initiatives across multiple countriesAbility to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable backlogs and delivery plansSolid stakeholder management skills within local and global matrix-based organisations with the drive and energy to mobilise teams within projectsStructured, outcome-driven way of working and comfortable making prioritisation decisionsOpen to cultural diversity in an international environmentFluent in German and English both written and spoken
