Zur Verstärkung des Produktionsteams in unserem modernen Dow Consumer Solutions Werk Wiesbaden (Deutschland) suchen wir aktuell eine:n Junior Operator / Produktionsmitarbeiter:in für den Einsatz im 4-Schichtbetrieb .
Verantwortlichkeiten
1. Herstellung von Silikon-Elastomeren (Produktionsvorbereitung, Rohstoffanlieferung, Maschineneinrichtung, Produktion, Abpackung) unter zuverlässiger Einhaltung vorgegebener Arbeitsanweisungen und Maschinenbedienvorschriften
2. Tägliche Reinigung und Mülltrennung
3. Sicherstellung der Abfallmengenmeldung
4. Verantwortung für die richtige Handhabung und Bearbeitung der Produktionsdokumente
5. Kontrolle der Rohstoffe auf Richtigkeit und einwandfreien Zustand vor deren Einsatz
6. Durchführung notwendiger Wartungs-, Kontroll- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
7. Kennenlernen und Bedienen aller Prozesse und Anlagen in den zugehörigen Bereichen
8. Teilnahme an diversen Schulungen (Technik, Prozesse, Analysen sowie Sicherheitstrainings)
9. Teilnahme an Mitarbeitermeetings
Qualifikationen
10. Teamgeist und Bereitschaft zur engen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teammitgliedern
11. Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
12. Kosten- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
13. Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
14. Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
16. Fachausbildung aus den Berufsgruppen Chemie, Mechanik oder Lagerwirtschaft erwünscht
