About this role As the Head of Field Account Management, you will report to the Head of Account Management and lead the Field Account Management team, playing a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our regional and national sales efforts. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams, ensuring that our account management operations contribute to long-term success while fostering strong partnerships within the organisation. Oversee and inspire a team of more than 45 Account Managers in 5 teams across Germany, including direct reports from experienced team leads;
Partner with Country Coordination to align the focus of the team with data-driven strategies to identify potential top partners in every city that our customers will love;
Build strong relationships with Sales Steering and Operations to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with global initiatives, from the usage of sales tools to the reporting landscape up to providing input on sales material and incentive models;
Collaborate closely with the Manager of Account Executives to harmonise Field and Inside Account Management activities.
Proven track record of managing large teams and driving operational efficiency within account management, customer success or business development
Background of achieving ambitious goals in global matrix-driven sales organisations, preferably in a B2B2C environment;
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data;
Proficiency in sales operations software and tools, including CRM systems and data analytics platforms;
Fluent in German and English;
