Our client is a leader in X-Ray medical devices specialising in research, development, manufacturing and sales. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales Manager Dental to join their team in Germany.
Key responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
* Represent the company at international and domestic exhibitions, ensuring strong brand positioning.
* Lead and strengthen relationships with new and existing distributors to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and oversee strategic promotional activities to enhance market penetration and brand awareness.
* Guide and mentor team members in planning and executing exhibitions, including budgeting and logistics.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term sales strategies.
Sales documents & Compliance
* Oversee the preparation of critical sales documents, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Review and approve sales-related documents before final submission.
* Analyse buyer requirements, aligning them with our product specifications for tenders and bids.
* Ensure product manuals and distributed materials are error-free and up-to-date.
* Generate and analyse sales performance data to optimise decision-making.
* Lead the sales team in efficient document management, collaborating with internal legal and compliance teams.
Product shipment
* Supervise order packing and shipment preparation to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Ensure proper documentation for shipping, including Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Warranty Certificates.
* Monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Coordinate transportation schedules and shipping methods, considering distributor requests and shipping company timelines.
* Provide shipping details to distributors and confirm successful delivery.
* Oversee the handling of necessary documents for customs clearance and manage emergency responses for any clearance issues.
Key requirements:
* English proficiency is required; German or Korean proficiency is beneficial.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* A minimum of one year of work experience in a related field is preferred.
* Well-organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to lead a team effectively while demonstrating proactive thinking, anticipating challenges, and guiding team members beyond given directives.
* Must be able to track distributor statuses and follow up regularly.
* Ability to schedule virtual calls and office visits as required.
