At our location in Stockach - the gateway to Lake Constance -, we are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
* Define and align project scope and objectives with the Project Sponsor
* Plan and control timelines, budgets, resources, and project organization
* Establish project structures, roles, and responsibilities
* Lead and motivate the project team to ensure effective collaboration
* Monitor progress and prepare regular project reports
* Analyze, engage, and manage the expectations of relevant stakeholders
* Ensure successful project completion and knowledge transfer
* Identify and assess project risks
* Willingness to travel as required for project activities
Your Profile
* Several years of experience in project management, ideally in complex operational environment
* Project management certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA) is an advantage
* Sound knowledge of project management methods and tools
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Structured, results-oriented, and proactive working style
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
