We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to design and lead customer project delivery after contract signing and ensure a smooth, reliable, and high-quality implementation from planning to handover.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Your Role
* Serve as the central coordination point between customers, technology, sales, and leadership
* Own the full project lifecycle from contract signature to successful delivery
* Establish structured, scalable project and operations processes
* Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, with an excellent customer experience
* Drive continuous improvement of workflows and execution quality
Your Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver customer projects with full end-to-end accountability
* Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with technical teams
* Steer execution, track progress, and resolve risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
* Align personnel, technical, and financial resources across parallel projects
* Work closely with founders and the Technical Director in a leadership capacity
* Ensure professional, transparent stakeholder communication throughout delivery
* Manage customer operations with awareness of technical and commercial implications
Ihr Profil:
Your Profile
* Senior-level experience in project management, ideally in a scale-up, consultancy or technical B2B environment
* Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing projects from contract to rollout
* Strong understanding of technical systems, operations, and financial planning
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders
* Highly proactive, structured, and reliable, with a strong ownership mentality
* Clear and confident communicator
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
