Your Contribution As Senior Product Manager for our payment solutions, you will lead the evolution of DISH Pay, enabling restaurants to embrace digital transformation. Your role goes beyond managing features, you will shape the vision by defining product strategies, driving discovery, and aligning stakeholders to deliver seamless payment experiences. From introducing new embedded finance products to supporting the launch and market positioning of DISH Pay to further METRO countries, your work will simplify operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and accelerate the digitization of the HoReCa industry. Menu of Responsibilities This role is part of our Product Team, focusing on our payment solution. You will be responsible for: Driving product discovery to identify customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Creating and executing product strategies, showcasing roadmaps, and managing stakeholders to ensure local adaptations of DISH Pay. Planning, controlling, and monitoring strategic implementation activities (progress, milestones, quality, resources). Collecting business requirements and prioritizing the product roadmap together w ith your team and stakeholders. Continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities and risks. Bringing an innovative approach to for example the business case on embedded finance and driving initiatives that elevate DISH Pay to the next level, ensuring it stays ahead of market trends. Ingredients for Success Strong dedication to understanding customer problems and applying product management frameworks to solve them, combined with practical experience in agile product management within complex, dynamic environments and proven expertise in stakeholder management. Several years of proven experience and measurable success in the payment industry ; ideally with POS terminals. Familiarity with current payment trends s uch as tap to pay or embedded finance. Enthusiasm for building a successful digital product that scales internationally and is used at the heart of our customers’ businesses. Fluent English; other languages are beneficial. Openness to travel regularly to the headquarters located on the METRO Campus in Düsseldorf.
