It’s ideal for professionals seeking innovative tech challenges, cross-border collaboration, and growth in a globally connected engineering environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalysing and gathering requirements from the variousdepartments.Participate in defining the purchasing strategyfor projects.Source and qualify potentialsuppliers.Organise technicaldiscussions with suppliers.Obtain bids, analyse them, have them technically qualified, and qualify them commercially.Identify risks and define the internalcontractual framework, facilitate discussions with the supplier and draw up contracts.Act as the purchasing contact for responsesto calls for tenders, coordinate the collection of information and summarise documentation for the Tendering and Supply Chain teams.Report on progress and discuss purchasing strategy with your manager and/or the project purchasing coordinatorResolve any issues identified with suppliers in collaboration with other departments.Ensure that projectobjectives (QCD & HSE) and those of the Purchasing department are met.Required Soft SkillsPurchasing Engineer or Master's Degreein Purchasing.At least 5 years of experience in Purchasing.Significant professional experience in a purchasing role, particularly in the implementation of turnkey projects.
