Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as a Supply Chain Quality Manager A400M (m/f/d) at the location Bremen. The position is limited until the end of September 2026.
Your responsibilities:
- Analysis of complaints and identification of root causes
- Handling of risk and crisis management issues and resolution through immediate and corrective actions, including steering, monitoring, and reporting
- Supply chain planning, execution of quality and root cause analyses, and implementation of corrective measures
- Efficiency measurements, stabilization, and safeguarding of the supply chain
- Analysis, evaluation, and monitoring of supplier performance data
- Execution of process optimization and quality improvement projects (defining, organizing, and planning project goals and scope)
- Review and implementation of improvement potentials
- Process monitoring and reporting
- Acting as an interface between suppliers and internal departments, including Procurement and Supply Chain Logistics
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Quality or comparable
- Several years of work experience in Supplier Management, Quality Management and Supply Chain
- Work experience in Engineering
- Good knowledge in MS-Office and SAP
- Knowledge in Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills both spoken and written
- German skills would be advantageous
- Willingness to travel if required (approx. 3–6 times per year, across Europe)
