Your responsibilities:
5. Ensure the accomplishment of project objectives that have been assigned to the incumbent
6. Accountable for the proactive management of project constraints such as time, budget, scope and quality as well as project risks and benefits
7. Accountable for all deliverables within your projects according to all assigned IT projects roles (e.g. Solution, Test, Rollout and Service Manager)
8. Manage day-to-day business partner, business project manager interaction and external vendors, set and manage stakeholder expectations, communicate effectively with stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
9. Budget management and financial forecasting for projects
10. Support people lead in resource management for development team
11. Represent values and principles of Vorwerk agile methodology and ensure that all development team members can work autonomously
You offer us:
12. Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training
13. Relevant experience in managing projects
14. Higher degree of certificate in a project management methodology (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, Scrum, Kanban etc.)
15. Experience in agile methods to manage projects required
16. Ability to work in and to lead large, distributed and heterogeneous teams in complex multi-vendor and multi-risk environments
17. Experience in managing Frontend Applications (e.g. SAP Ui5 or BTP-based application)
18. Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
19. Communication of progress, status, risks, issues, actions as part of the regular status reporting
20. Business fluent in English
21. Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation
