C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home. What you'll be doing We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain manager to join our SAP CoE who understands retail market and processes and will work in a challenging, purposeful and dynamic SAP transformation program with teams use their functional knowledge and experience, coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g., SAP, S/4 HANA, Ariba, IBP, EWM, TM etc.) to lead and deliver exciting transformation program. You will be responsible for the full solution lifecycle—from architecture and data modeling to delivery and support—while managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional SAP teams. Lead, coach, and mentor one or more cross-functional SAP Supply change consultants or teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing culture. Manage the end-to-end implementation and support of the enterprise SAP CoE, ensuring robust integration with other systems. Drive the design and implementation of scalable logistics models, business rules, and data quality standards in collaboration with architects, business teams, and governance teams. Champion engineering SAP best practices across the team, including code quality, testing, observability, and documentation. Partner with Product Managers and the different SAP teams to align engineering execution with business goals and roadmap priorities. Project managing SAP delivery, including timelines, team briefings, team supervision, delivery of your functional area, and reviews including Directors and C level. Define and track KPIs for team performance and SAP platform health, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards. Maintain awareness of emerging SAP functionalities and trends, and evaluate their applicability within the SAP CoE and specifically on Supply Chain ecosystem. Present insights, risks, and progress updates to executive leadership as needed. Actively contribute to hiring, onboarding, and professional development of SAP engineering talent. What you'll bring 8+ years of experience in SAP in Supply Chain roles, including 5+ years in SAP engineering leadership. Proven track record in delivering and managing SAP Supply chain solutions in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SD/MM, STO Processes, procurement...). SAP S/4 HANA experience. Knowledge about SAP Private/Public cloud solutions is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concept clearly.
