Job Description
About the role:
This is your chance to shape the CRM landscape for our B2B partners—media partners, marketplace sellers, and more—at the very heart of our evolving digital ecosystem. You’ll have ownership of a key system that bridges business and IT, offering both strategic influence and hands-on impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. It's a greenfield approach —you'll build something meaningful from the ground up.
Primary location: Cologne, with the flexibility of hybrid work
About the tech stack:
You’ll work with modern CRM systems, data integration platforms, and agile product management tools. Experience with automation, data governance, and tools supporting B2B customer lifecycle processes will be valuable.
About your tasks:
* Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle, and B2B processes.
* Owns the functional development of the CRM platform for B2B partners such as marketplace sellers or media partners – defining and managing the product roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
* Defines and aligns business requirements and data/interface needs across teams, translating them into user stories and ensuring consistency.
* Understands CRM concepts and automation in B2B environments, including sales, onboarding, and media-related processes.
* CRM & Data Expertise: Experience in retail media, partner management, or campaign processes.
Qualifications
About you:
* You bring experience in CRM implementations, ideally in a B2B context, and can navigate between vision and execution.
* You have strong experience with agile methodologies and are confident in managing stakeholder expectations across business and IT.
* You understand data quality, privacy (incl. GDPR) and have worked on CRM tools involving campaign or partner management.
* You are fluent in English ; German is a plus .
