KG Organization EVP Global Functions Business Unit Digital Process Transformation Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day As the Test Strategy & Operations Management Lead for User Acceptance Test (UAT) (f/m/d), you start your day aligning with internal stakeholders and external IT partners to further develop the S/4 test factory setup for User Acceptance Testing.You oversee the integration of multiple rollout projects within the S/4 program, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and well-governed operating model. Leading a global team of IT and Business Transformation experts, you monitor testing activities across rollout projects and ensure transparency regarding progress, risks, and performance.You drive stakeholder alignment, analyze key performance metrics, and continuously improve processes through automation and AI-driven solutions. At the end of the day, you consolidate results, prepare performance reports, and define next steps to strengthen the factory setup.How You’ll Make an Impact
10. Establish and scale the S/4 test factory for the UAT scope, combining internal employees and external IT partners to enable industrialized SAP rollouts.
11. Lead and govern all UAT test-related activities across the global rollout program.
12. Manage the Performance Management on UAT testing scope with clear KPIs and continuous improvement mechanisms.
13. Drive automation and AI-enabled testing approaches for UAT across all rollout projects to increase efficiency and quality.
14. Manage risks, dependencies, and service levels for UAT scope to ensure timely and complete delivery.
15. Ensure transparency through structured reporting, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
What You Bring
16. Degree in (Business) Informatics, IT Management, or a comparable qualification
17. Proven experience managing complex IT environments and transformation programs
18. Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems and large-scale rollout initiatives, ideally SAP/S/4HANA
19. Knowledge of IT operations, governance, and service management structures
20. Experience working with external IT partners and leading cross-functional, international teams
21. Business fluent in English; German is an advantage
