As Territory Sales Manager for the North German region your focus will be on developing measurable results in our Mobile Solution Aftermarket Vertical (air, fuel, lube, coolant filters for diesel engines and mobile hydraulic). Regular travel (min 50%) across North Germany will be required.
Main objectives:
1. Help current business distribution channels, to achieve the budget
2. Provide technical and sales trainings in local language to Dealers and Endusers in Northern Germany
3. Manage conflicts ensuring alignment with territory plan
4. Develop and implement new business strategies and programs, to capture new dealers and increase the existing one’s sales
5. Daily connect and cooperate with German team and other internal functions
6. Regularly visit Customers and Prospects with the goal to gain market knowledge and create new business opportunities
Key responsibilities:
7. Connecting and cooperating with local Senior Territory Manager and Sales team in order to implement actions and achieve area target
8. Implementing sales programs in the assigned area by developing, with the dealers, field sales actions plan
9. Providing technical support for dealers, in order to maintain their professional and technical knowledge
10. Key Account Management of our existing customer to open New Revenue Streams
11. Utilize your own skills and acumen to identify, target and succeed in New Business Opportunities
12. Preparing reports as needed
13. Ensuring that all commercial aspects of sales transactions are in the best interest of the Company
Your profile:
The selected candidate must be dynamic, self-motivated and target driven individual, with few years of sales experience and motivation to grow in sales. Ability to connect with people and exceptional customer service orientation is needed for the position, as well as self-confidence, integrity and the ability to perform well without daily supervision.
Key attributes:
14. Technical degree or higher education
15. Bachelor's / Master’s degree in a commercial area will be a plus
16. First experience in a Technical Sales Role or as a Sales Engineer/Territory Manager in Automotive/Industrial
17. Fluent German and good English (company language) is required
