Your Responsibilities:
1. Support the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations as well as in strategic HR initiatives
2. Contribute to the analysis, development, and implementation of HR processes and projects
3. Create and maintain evaluations and reports, particularly in Excel (e.g. using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
4. Prepare presentations and documentation in PowerPoint to support decision-making processes
5. Conduct research and assist in the preparation of meetings, workshops, and internal communication activities
Your Profile:
6. Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology / Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study with a focus on Human Resources, Labor Law, or HR Management
7. Initial practical experience in the HR field desirable – e.g. through internships, working student positions, or commercial training
8. Strong affinity for numbers and confident use of Excel, especially functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and chart creation
9. Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint and Word for the structured creation of documentation and presentations
10. Independent, structured, and conscientious work style with a high level of initiative and a hands-on mentality
11. Very good communication skills in both German and English – written and spoken
