As a Production Engineer, you operate at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and scaling — turning innovation into reliable, repeatable production processes.
Develop, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes for high-performance composite components
Transfer prototypes into stable pre-series and series production
Collaborate closely with R&D, quality, and production teams
Support the build-up of scalable production structures
A completed Bachelor's degree or higher in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with composite materials or advanced manufacturing processes (this may include substantial practical experience through Formula Student, rocketry teams, or comparable technical projects)
Experience in manufacturing, process development, or industrialization
A strong hands-on mindset: you don't just design processes — you actively implement and improve them
English proficiency at B2 level or higher; German skills are a plus — if little or no German is available, English proficiency at C level is required
You actively contribute to the further development of our production technologies.
