The RoleAs Product Manager for Archimedes® One, you own the product through its most consequential phase: the transition from late development to series production, the commercial launch, and the build-out of our Early Access Program with leading CGT developers. For the right person, this is a springboard — the kind of formative role where you build the track record that defines a product career in bioprocessing.What we offer✓ End-to-end ownership of a flagship product, reporting directly into company leadership✓ Hybrid working with regular presence at our Gießen site✓ The chance to shape a product that is redefining bioprocessing for advanced therapies✓ A scientifically rigorous team that takes both the science and the planet seriouslyWhat you'll do✓ Take Archimedes® One from late-stage development into series production, working closely with R&D, engineering, sales and operations✓ Sharpen our go-to-market plan including positioning, pricing, and channel strategy, and own the execution through commercial launch✓ Take the lead on our Early Access Program as its first cohort is being onboarded: shape how partners are engaged, structure the feedback loop, and turn what we learn into product and commercial decisions✓ Run point on the development partner network (industrial partners, beta customers, academic collaborators) — capture their input systematically and feed it into a prioritized roadmap✓ Be the voice of the customer inside the company — turn scientific and operational needs into product requirements engineering can build against✓ Work directly with the CEO/CTO on commercialization milestones, strategic product decisions, and the investor narrative around Archimedes® OneWhat you bringMust-have:✓ 3+ years in product management or as an application specialist for bioprocess equipment✓ Strong bioprocess background — upstream processing, cell culture, bioreactor operation. You understand what bioprocess engineers and cell biology scientists actually care about, and you can hold a deep technical conversation with them as a peer✓ Working knowledge of the cell and gene therapy (CGT) market — workflows, regulatory context, and commercial dynamics✓ Track record of launching or scaling a hardware product (lab equipment, instrumentation, single-use systems) in a regulated life science market✓ Comfortable as the bridge between scientific, engineering, and commercial teams — translating in both directions without losing precision✓ Fluent in English✓ Based in Germany, with the ability to be on-site in Gießen at least 1-2 days per week✓ Willingness to travel for industry conferences, customer visits, and partner meetings in Europe and occasionally North AmericaNice to have:✓ Working proficiency in German✓ Hands-on lab experience with advanced cell culture (iPSC, MSC, macrophages)✓ Experience running Early Access or structured beta customer programs
