Account Manager (m/f/d) – Distribution & Artisans
Region: East Germany
Location: Home Office (approx. 70% travel required)
We are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our Southern Sales Team as soon as possible, responsible for driving sales in East Germany. This is a home-based position with significant travel (around 70%).
In this role, you will take full ownership of your results, contribute to growth strategies, lead commercial projects, and build strong customer relationships. You should genuinely enjoy networking internally and externally, managing stakeholders on both sides to ensure successful project progress. Additionally, you will identify value-added solutions for our customers and leverage advanced analytical skills to interpret KPIs, guiding both short- and long-term actions.

Key Responsibilities:
7. Actively identify new business opportunities and revenue streams; develop sales strategies
8. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers
9. Drive successful sales of our products and solutions to strengthen long-term partnerships
10. Negotiate contracts and terms with customers
11. Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and customers
12. Achieve sales and profitability targets
13. Monitor market and competitor trends and develop appropriate actions
14. Analyze market and competitive landscape
15. Maintain high data quality in Salesforce
Qualifications & Skills:
16. Strong commercial acumen and at least 3 years of sales experience, ideally in the food/BAPA industry
17. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or completed vocational training in food craftsmanship
18. Fluent in German and proficient in English for business communication
19. Solid knowledge of MS Office; SAP and Salesforce experience is a strong advantage
20. Strong project and stakeholder management skills
21. Valid driver’s license
