</div><div>The account manager is responsible for one or more accounts from small accounts to group and PACE accounts. The account manager has a thorough understanding of the issues strategy and organization. They build a 1 to 3 years strategy roadmap for the account. The account manager becomes a strategic partner and trusted advisor in developing the account shaping opportunities. They coordinate operations and ensure delivery quality.</div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Job Description - Grade Specific</H2>
</div><div>Understands the client�s strategy in their remit. Ensures that the client strategy is aligned with Capgemini�s overall strategy. Knows market and industry. Creates the 1 to 3 year account plan. Focus on M�5 � M�10 deals.
