Reports to: EMEA Director of Professional Services

Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with points of contact and support throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia, Stonebranch serves some of the world's largest financial, manufacturing, healthcare, travel, transportation, energy, and technology institutions. 
 In this role you will be contributing your knowledge and ideas to help our Professional Services team with implementation projects of Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC) family of products. This is a hybrid position - 3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote - and will report to the EMEA Director of Professional Services. 
 Project Planning & Execution 
 Create, maintain, and communicate project and communication plans and processes. 
 Support and carry out the defined Project Plan in terms of resource and budget. 
 Maintain project timeframes, budgets, and status reports. 
 Manage project tasks and their individual assignees to ensure completion within allotted time. 
 Manage the project budget, reporting on progress and expenditures. 
 Manage project scope, triggering and carrying out the change control process as needed. 
 Support the definition and communication of project responsibilities with stakeholders (sponsors, clients, technical staff, etc.). 
 Risk Management & Process Improvement 
 Understand and support management in resource management adjustments to align with the Professional Services project pipeline. 
 5+ years of experience managing software development and implementation projects in complex environments and mid-to-large companies. 
~ Proven track record delivering medium-sized projects on time and within budget. 
 Project Management Expertise 
 In-depth knowledge of the Project Management discipline. 
 Strong knowledge of MS Project and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel). 
 Solid knowledge in resource management and resource forecasting. 
 Ability to manage multiple service delivery projects concurrently. 
 Superior written and verbal communication skills in English. 
 Native-level proficiency in German or French is highly valued. 
 Strong sense of urgency and ability to act promptly across multiple project events. 
 Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
