Why This Role Matters
You'll build an audio‑focused personalization feature at scale, delivering delightful and fun experiences while establishing the foundational control layer for other AI products across Staffbase. This defines how AI behaves on our entire platform and shapes how millions of users interact with intelligence daily.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own the full lifecycle of a critical AI product from conception through scale, building for frontline employees on AI foundations
* Define and build the control layer that determines how AI behaves across the Staffbase platform
* Drive ruthless execution – ship fast, cut corners intelligently, and rally teams around bold decisions
* Work with customers, go‑to‑market, engineering, and design to iterate at speed
* Challenge the status quo – critically evaluate processes, kill what doesn’t work, and champion doing things differently
* Bring the team forward through energy, conviction, and a bias for action
What You Need to Be Successful
* Startup DNA – built 0‑1 products at fast‑moving companies
* Proven execution chops – track record of shipping impactful products under tight timelines with ambiguous requirements
* Bold leadership style – make decisions and inspire teams
* Smart corner‑cutting – know when to be scrappy vs. build for scale
* Strong personality with edge – confident, opinionated, fun to work with, not afraid to push back
* 7+ years in product management at SaaS/tech companies
* Customer obsession – work closely with users and go‑to‑market to understand real problems
* Commercial mindset – understand how product decisions drive revenue and business outcomes
