Structure, optimise, and professionalise sales processes within the Energy business unit, creating scalable workflows that support long-term growth. Further develop the Energy sales strategy by defining clear objectives, KPIs, and budget and revenue targets, and ensure their implementation in a transparent, data-driven manner. Provide functional leadership to the sales team, coach colleagues throughout the entire sales process, and foster a performance-oriented, collaborative, and appreciative sales culture. Ideally leverage an existing network and/or initial client contacts within the energy sector, using these relationships strategically to accelerate and expand our sales activities. Requirements Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on sales or business administration. 7+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within complex, consultancy-driven services in the energy or sustainability sector. Demonstrated leadership experience, combined with the motivation and ability to lead and inspire a sales team. Mandarin as your native language, combined with business-fluent proficiency in English.
