We're seeking a visionary Staff Product Manager to lead our Insurance Innovation & Ancillary Products domain, driving the strategy and execution of innovative products that transform how customers experience peace of mind while travelling. Champion Customer-Centricity: Conduct deep customer research and data analysis to uncover unmet needs in the travel protection space, designing solutions that genuinely reduce customer anxiety and enhance their travel experience rather than focusing on short-term revenue.
Act as the coordinating product manager across DiscoverCars and Sincera, aligning Product, Engineering, Commercial, Legal, Risk, and Data teams. Translate complex insurance concepts and business requirements into clear, actionable product roadmaps, working hands-on with engineering and UX teams to deliver high-quality products that meet both customer expectations and regulatory standards.
Actively mentor and coach other product managers, sharing expertise in ancillary revenue strategies, insurance product development, and data-driven decision making to elevate the entire product organization's capabilities.
Navigate Complexity: Balance multiple stakeholder requirements across customer needs, regulatory compliance, supplier relationships, and business objectives while maintaining focus on delivering incremental, measurable improvements in a fast-paced environment.
Data-Driven Excellence: Advanced analytical skills including proficiency with SQL, analytics platforms, and A/B testing methodologies, with ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product decisions and compelling stakeholder narratives.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working in agile environments and managing complex product roadmaps involving multiple engineering, design, and business teams.
Experience working closely with legal, risk, and compliance stakeholders, with the ability to balance regulatory constraints, customer clarity, and commercial impact when shaping product decisions.
Insurance/Fintech Experience: Technical Depth: Comfort with API integrations, payment systems, and complex technical architectures that support insurance and subscription products.
International Experience: Familiarity with multi-market product development, including understanding of regional regulatory differences and localization requirements.
Mentorship Experience: Previous experience coaching junior product managers or contributing to product organization development and best practices.
